A unique one to one personalised programme which provides real long term results.

Everyone is different. Therefore a personalised programme is much more effective than a blanket one. Our system is based on a professional analysis of you. By determining your body type, we can then start on your own unique programme.

Your success is extremely important to us and for this reason you have access to a Wellness World Consultant who will work with you, either through phased one to one consultations or in group sessions depending on your own individual needs.

Your body analysis is the foundation of your programme.  We use a Bioelectric Impedance Analyser (BIA) which determines your

  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Lean Muscle Mass
  • Metabolic Age
  • Bone Mass
  • Basal Metabolic Age (BMR)

Personalised Healthy Diet

Our Nutrition Experts have developed programmes that will be tailored for your own particular body type.  Once we have conducted our initial analysis and determined your body type, you will be given your programme which can be comprised of:

Motivational Support

Your Wellness World Consultant is on hand to give you all the motivation and support needed to achieve your own individual goals.  You will learn about emotional eating habits and how break them, replacing bad habits for good habits along with practical tips and advice.

It must be noted that the above tests and assessments are not intended to be a diagnosis for illness or disease, but rather to be a complete picture of your current wellbeing state, and to establish where small improvements can be made to make long term life benefits.

Personalised Handbook

The core principals of the Wellness World Programme have been established through healthy nutrition, a balanced diet, mobility advice, nutritional supplements, personal reviews and an individual monitoring process.

Using these principles and your own individual physical and body type measurements we can ensure you have your own personalised handbook and programme.

Your programme will include:

  • Full body, health and wellbeing analysis
  • Description of your personalised programme
  • Weekly results of your body type
  • Monthly physical body measurements
  • Diet and nutrition plan
  • Step by step, day by day weight loss plan
  • Menu suggestions and shopping list
  • Dietry and nutritional supplements
  • Portion sizes based on your body type
  • Adivice and encouragement
  • Support system
  • Lifestyle change through changing habits

There are 4 basic stages to our programme:

Phase One -  (3 weeks) begins the habit breaking process, whilst kick starting your weight loss programme.

Phase Two -  (Time based on individual needs) - Forms your new good and healthy eating habits whilst ensuring you lose body fat percentage and maintain lean tissue.  This is the crux of our programme and will be changed to suit your bodily changes.

Phase Three- (Time based on individual needs) - This phase completes the re-introduction of starches whilst maintaining the fat burning process.  Phase three ensures complete lifestyle changes and full understanding of your body's requirements to achieve all your targets.

 

Phase Four-  (Once targets reached) - This phase is to support you with your new lifestyle and new body.  You will decide the support you need to ensure you never need think about going on a diet again.

Please note - The principles of Phase Three is a healthy eating lifestyle programme, which is suitable for all the family to ensure good health and wellbeing.

All of the phases above are cloely monitored by your Wellness World Consultant, to ensure you not only achieve your initial weight targets but also understand your body and ensure you maintain a healthy "Wellness Way" for the rest of your life.

Life Carb Balance

The Life Carb Balance is the process we use to re-introduce starches back into your healthy eating plan while continuing to lose weight and finally to maintain weight and body healthy targets.  This balance is achieved in Phase Three and Phase Four of the programme.

The technical process of the Life Carb Balance is based on reducing protein and increasing simple carbohydrates until a healthy balance is achieved to either continue losing weight or to maintain achieved targets based on your individual BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).
